With the proper training an image designer can change all aspects of your avatar that you could change at the character creation. We even often got more otions than available when you create your char.

wow thx for the reply i was thinking of a ponytail. didnt see any of those in the char creation.

If you're looking for an ID to help you, go to the stickied thread listing ID's by Galaxy. Take down some of the names listed in your galaxy and add them to your friends list. When you see one log on, politely ask for an appointment
.Or check the ID tents in C'net, Theed, or Bestine... sometimes IDers will hang out there. Good luck!

i was wondering can the image designer change everyting even facial features like cheekbone?

The sticky threads also should have links to non-SOE webpages that can show you what's potentially available for your character.
