Image Designer Archive

I'm about 1000xp from Image Designer IV, so when the servers come back up I should be able to get that in no time. With that in mind, my next level is going to require training at an Image Designer Trainer, and I haven't seen any yet in my adventures either in beta or now in retail. Could someone point out the location of one for me please. I'm on the Eclipse server, but they should be in roughly the same place on all of the servers. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
