I'm trying to get my Beta Hair back. Looking for the Human male Ponytail with FULL head of hair. Anyone know which skillbox gives that?

I believe that is in Hairstyling II or III in the image design tree. Might be IV, but I'm not sure. That is a popular style dubbed the "Sephiroth" look.
