Last night, I was IDing myself, and then crashed after that. When I relogged, I found out that my frill color has been reset to an ugly orange, and now I can't change it back. I look ridiculous...

Female rodians don't have frills, they have hair. Did you try the hair color option? Sorry if this is something you already tried. Oh and btw, rodian hair defaults to orange after a hairstyle change.

I meant Hair Color, and yeah, there is no option. Also, it doesn't reset for rodians after a hairstyle change, it was a bug that made me bald, and when I put hair on myself again, it turned into an ugly orange.

The resetting to orange is how it appears to others after a hairstyle change, there would be no change on your end if you were id'ing yourself. Just thought there might be some connection. So rodian females have no hair color option at all? The hair button is just empty? If so you might want to add it to the current bug thread Rilawyn started. Hope you can get your hair fixed soon(
