I ran across a Rodian NPC the other day and he didn't have the normal fins the rest of us do. Instead, he had what looked like three braids that went from the front of his head, arced up and attached to the back of his head.

Is this a hairstyle that can be done or some sort of wearable headgear?

Can image designers create different hairstyles than the ones available during character creation?

Yes, I've seen either a female human with a zabrak tatoo or a female zabrak with a human hairstyle. Made me very mad.
