Is changing the eye angle possible or not? It is an option in the character creation menu but not sure whether you can chage it post-creation.

I think you can change the angle and sizebut not the shape. (I know there is one you can't change, pretty sure its shape, but without logging in I am not 100% sure.)

Yes, master level design. It's listed as "eye shape".

is it a bug that we can't change eye shape? or was that done on purpose for some reason.

Seems like a bug, same as twilek eyebrows and male freckles. Bugged by lack of attention.. seems they just forgot these options.
