Image Designer Archive

I personaly dont think image designers have enougth things they can do. I think ID's should be able to modify the color of pets and mounts or add designs. Body tatoos would be nice as well. I was also thinking and noticed today that all vehicles are the same color and stuff. Maybe ID's should be able to personalize those as well! Just an idea is all.
