Anyone seen any NPC hairdos that we need to have? I think asking the devs for these hairdos would be reasonable because they are already in the game - no new art.

I'll go first:

• NPC zabrak female with human female "cornrows" and horns too! The horns were interspersed in the cornrows, instead of the traditional "horn in baldspot" look. Looked pretty frickin cool.

I can't think of any offhand that really made me say "Ooh, I want!" but I'll tell you one I don't want. That aweful horns & spiral braid 'do some of the NPCs sport—as if the braid isn't bad enough by itself, it's even worse worse with the horns. Ugh.

Yes, but think of it this way - that spiral braid/horn combowill give zabrak women another option which they desperately need. I'm all for it.

I personally think female Zabraks should be able to use any style of hair and plunk horns on top of it to create little bald spots where they poke through. I saw a Zabrak npc with the layered triple-braid style with horns on top, and it looked faboo.

Don't get me wrong—I'm all for more styles for female Zabs…after all, my ID character is one I'm just saying please not that one Hm…I do remember seeing the triple-braid-with-horns, and that was pretty cool. I want to say I've seen the cornrow-ponytail with horns, and I liked that, too. Actually, most of the cornrow/braid styles would look good with horns. Horns make everything better.

I don't know if I would go so far as to give zabraks *any* hairdo - we gotta save *some* for the humans.

I think though, that the interspecies hair exploit does show that we could probably get additional hairdos for most species without too much additional art. For example, I've seen humans with bothan hairdos, and I can see the allure because there are few decent updos for female humans, but very lovely tendrily updos for female bothans. Ok, granted that you can see through these people's heads when they use the exploit, and that's not very nice, but probably those hairdos could be adapted to the human model without extreme effort. On the one hand, each race should have unique styles, but on the other hand, it makes no sense that a bothan can make a decent bun, but a human can't. I see both sides to it really.

I'm starting to think that we will get better results if, instead of saying "we want more content", wetry to adapt already-existing items in the game to our specifications, and go from there. Then we can work on the new art. Any thoughts?

Well, I suppose EVERY style wouldn't work. I don't really think the Vixen or the Pageboy would go too well with horns. But a lot of the human styles could easily be used for Zabrak females.

The Hair all to one side, that humans have. Ive seen many Zabrak NPC with this hair cut and horns on the other side....this is what I really want

I had an order to make a mullet. i know we have some hair styles that are close, but non really fit the bill. He also wanted a mustace with big chops. Thats was filled to the best I could, But still I think people would really dig some old 80's hairstyles. Just for fun anyway. Oh and bald too.

I want the human male "animé" ponytail adapted for human females. That thing was made for my character, I swear it.

Rather, my character was made for that hair, not realizing it was male-only [which makes no sense, the hairstyle being so feminine!]. I had someone use the exploit on me before I knew about the seeing through the head thing [I'm back, now] and I really liked how it looked, transparent hairline aside.

I'm all for the additional hairstyles by simply allowing other character types access to more of what's already there. Give the female humans that hairstyle, please!

Ever done the Emperor's Retreat?? Mara Jade looks incredible. Killer hair and AMAZING hair color.

Plus she's SMILING WITH TEETH. Human females are the only smiling characters that never show their teeth when smiling or doing other open-mouthed emotes! Why were we shortchanged??

Keep em comin - and those screenies were great! I would encourage screenies of any npc with hair that we want - after all, if it's already in the game, it would probably be an easier addition to ID than say, body tattoos, which we don't even have art for.
