apparantly all you need to get rid of this "outstanding offer"bug is for another person to do some image designing on the person that is bugged. Problem solved.

now dont ever say holocron Image Designers are useless.

That doesnt always work either. I had a customer come to me the other night wanting his haircolor back. He had been bugged by an ID working on him. When I tried to help him out I got the bug message on him. He tried logging out for half an hour as well but it didnt clear..even with a full scan prior log in. I saw him the next day after the server reset and fixed him right up.

well it worked for me...

had 3 people doing image designs on my second account character who was just set to auto-accept designs (dont ask how... keepin this one a secret). and if one person got the outstanding offer bug, it'd go away as soon as another person ran an image design. Maybe it was just a fluke.
