I got in touch with a CSR today. Seems the same "fix" that players got they got as well. (They cannot remove the hair) Therefore the afro stays. But he was very friendly andhelpful and reassured me that it didn't look bad, I wouldn't get into trouble for it and that he was going to get in touch with the devs.

The compliment really helped lol!
