Unlike the hair-color-defaulting-to-brown bug where the color still looks normal to the client, horns change to a brown color for both the ID'er and the client, and it's necessary to change their horn color back to how they had it - unless it was brown to begin with I don't know if a server reset wouldrevert the horn color to what they used to have, I've just always fixed it right away.

In this case, the client decided that she liked the horns better in the new brown. So reversion was a big issue - if I left it alone, brown as it was to the client, would it come back in white the next day? I decided to re-dye it brown, just to be safe, instead of using my client as a guinea pig.

The horns stay the same color when they log in too. At least that is my experience.

Zabrak female walks in with blonde hair and white horns (standard noob ponytail style). I change her hairdo, first to the last one, and finally settling on the second-to-last.

Result:

Hair color (normal bug)

• to me looks brown


• to client still looks blonde

Horn color (newish bug?)

• to me looks brown


• to client also looks brown

Unsure if the horn color, since it now looked brown to the client was actually changed, or would revert upon server reset, I quickly re-dyed her horns. I therefore have the following questions:

• Would the horn colorrevert to whiteupon server reset?


• Does this happen with all-horn hairdos as well?


• Is this a bug particular to the hairdos I happened to give her?

If anyone has experience with this issue, please post.

Yeah, the same thing has happened to my zabrak customers. I just ask them what color they want their horns and give them that color (even if it's the defaut one).

It just drives me crazy because people will refuse the hairstyle and say "I want that one, but with white horns." Grr.

lol, yeah. I've had a few people refuse hairstyles because they wanted them a different color. They didn't bother to ask if I could change the color afterwards.

Hehe, it's no problem. I don't pay attention to the silly stars anyway.
