I read the FAQ, went to the waypoint and no NPC was there?

Can anyone give me the real waypoint to the image designer in theed?

There is one trainer in the large theatre in south-western Theed. You find her in the backstage area near the stage entrance.

Yeah, I think the first time I followed a waypoint to a trainer out that way I got a stair or something. I don't remember where I got the waypoint from, though.

If you mean the ID guide, the waypoints take you to the side entrance of the theater. The ID trainer is inside the building.

I figured that one out after I found the ID Trainer and said to myself...."wait a minute this is on the other side of the wall from that waypoint"
