Here we go again!
Tatooine, baby! Where the kreetles roam and you can cook an egg on exposed flesh. It don't get no hawter than this, so bring lots of drinks and pack the ice, and let's get ready to hotfoot across the sand dunes in Cantina Crawl IX!
About The Event : The cantina crawls are a series of events that are open to everyone from every server. We gather in a particular cantina at a particular time, get all dressed up, and then 'crawl' from location to location and party hard. Although most of the people who attend are entertainers, we welcome folks from all walks of life to an evening of music, merriment, flirting, fashion and fun.
When : Saturday, August 14th. Gathering time is 2pm Eastern (11am Pacific), we move out around 2:30pm. Latecomers are welcome to join wherever we are (use the channel listed below to contact us).
Where : We're crawling Tatooine on the Bria Galaxy. We'll be meeting at the Drunken Tusken Cantina in Mos Elsewhere and moving out from there.
Attitude Check : This is a party first and foremost, the video is secondary. Come ready to party, don't worry about your close-up, your trailer, your retinue or your movie fans. I've had some complaints about groups maneuvering to grab center stage, people worrying more about the video than the event itself, etc, and I don't want to hear them anymore.
Channel : Once logged into Bria, type /chat join chat.ent. Make sure this channel is visible in your chat window (right click on the tab and select modify). We'll be using this channel to communicate.
Travel Arrangements : If you're joining us from another server and need cash to aid with travel, contact 'Javier' (preferably before the event starts) and I'll take care of it.
What To Wear : All outfits for dancers and musicians will be provided this time around. Bring whatever jewelry you feel like wearing and your sexy little self, and that's it.
Primary Contact : My name is Javier and I'll be the primary contact for the event. I'm also typically the only tailor there, and I'll be trying to capture video so I'll be a busy boy. If I miss a tell, just keep sending it. I can be reached in game as 'javier', here on these forums as PicklesSW, on the gypsy forums and also via email at [email protected].

I am a master ID on Sunrunner and I wouldlove to fly in to your galaxy for a Cantina crawl. I could use a bit of ID help so I "look myself" when I arrive. Anyone willing to help me some time this week?

Best bet is to get online anytime this week, get on the 'ent' channel (/chat join chat.ent) and ask for a friendly ID. Explain you're from off-server and here for the crawl and hopefully a nice person will help. I wish I could help directly, but I haven't the points to take up ID or I'd have done it long ago.

Nope, you do not have to be a dancer, though most of the people who come have at least novice entertainer so they can shake it or whip out an instrument and join the party.
Thanks for the offer of architect items, but we invade other people's cantinas. If anything I'd like to remove furniture to make room (why does everyone litter the dance floor with chairs and tables?) Thus far we haven't had any sponsorships...the only real costs associated with the event are helping people out with travel fees and creating costumes. Generally I take those on myself, but if people wanted to help out with that, I wouldn't turn it down.

I'm a Mon Cal on Bria too! She couldn't dance either until Cantina Crawl 6. Now she is sooooooo close to Master Entertainer! It is really a lot of fun!!

I created a female rodian for some ID to have fun with since we NEVER see them and they have good ID options. I need to get her ID and an outfit. Anyone willing to help or should I just trawl ent as javier suggested? Javier can we schedule a fitting once I am IDed?
