Everything about Jedi is based on combat. Either killing or healing.
Force Sight: See in the dark.
Sense danger: Get a message about danager whenever a BH picks up a mission on you.
Sense presence: See creatrues, NPC and Players on radar at further distance.
Just some wild ideas...tired running around killing everything I see, want the ability to be something else then just a rancor blender

We already have Force Sight, it's called Control+L. The other 2 ideas are good though.

We already have Force Sight, it's called Control+L. The other 2 ideas are good though.
LOL, I liked that, good one man.
Sense Danger: Is CTRL+M, and a 256m range and an enlarged radar. They will never give us a onscreen message that a mission is on us, as this would be used to permanently avoid the risk of being a jedi. I.e. "don don don, you have a mission on you.."....don don don, Jedi logs off.
The third one is cool but that would cause too much problems as far as client side updating properly.
Great Ideas though, but most just keep the overhead map on, enlarge their radar a bit, keep it at 256m +, and use ctrl+L to see on Dathomir or whereever.

Please list ideas that you have on ways to further improve ID ... please do not use this thread to discuss someone elses idea of "how cool" or "oh yes ect, if you are discussing someone else's ideas, please only do so to further improve an idea.
ID Salons for Player City use (craftable by architects, placeable by M.ID)
ID Droids
More Lekku style options (thickness/length/styles)
More complex multi toneals (two toned hair)
Tatoos for non zabrak/twi's
Ability to change hairties color on zabraks
Hair Accessories
Timer issues
ID Booths to place in any structure (house/cantina - any structure where the ID is admin to)
Ability to actually USE the ID booth where selecting "Image Design" on booth radial starts session on patron inside and elimiates ALL!!! timers regardless of ID lvl.
A "music selection option" on (crosses fingers) future PC ID salons.
Remove ID timers on SM and make it where only the client has to wait 10 min before the SM will take effect - by doing this, it will allow customers to be waited on in a more effient manner, but if an ID is grinding the prof, they will have to wait 10 min before doing an SM on the same customer (generally an alt or friend who is afk default buttoning their way through it. It will be a reward for actually being there and interacting with the customers. +

This is not a flame... but have you bothered reading any of the other threads here? These ideas are all over the place. Many are being considered for implementation, while others have been given a resounding no.

i dont think i am retarded ... or at least i wasnt the last i checked. I know this but see the problem with all the other threads is exactly what you are doing to this one ... i specifically said "for ideas or improvements thereof only" to try and elimiate all the crap you have to read in order to figure out wth anyone is talking about. not that im trying to flame you or anything, but this kind of stuff really just totally garbles up the informative threads so no one can even understand wth the thread is about to begin with.

Ability to create logo schematics for PAs or just independent Business owners that can be added to clothes, banners for homes, droids, vehicles, armor, Furniture, and possibly even player tatoos.
Follow signature in my thread for fully detailed version of this idea as well as other Ideas I have had.

EOI: Ability for MID to upload specified number of images (avatar size 80x80 pixels or so) from a paint program or their comp images to use as tatoos - arm/back/stomach/neck ect - for all species. This would allow for ID Toon specific tatoos, where if you see a tat you like, you would have to go visit the ID who gave it to begin with - similar to rl tatoo artists. If the upload is too dificult, then allow us a way to make the tatoos ig (okay dorky rep here but something like how to make designs in Animal Crossings from Nintendo).

* Portable ID Stations - A station we could place in any structure where we are given admin that would turn that structure into an ID Salon - This way we would not be limited to tents, but it would balance, because we wouldnt be able to do SM at the drop of a hat with a droid. Only MID could put them in - and they could own no more than 3 active stations. This would allow also for the PCs to have ID Salons (Maybe let your local MID put a station in at the local cantina???) but also allow the ID to travel far and beyond home to do "house calls".

Now that I think about it, I think that the ID profession is PERFECT.
I love this profession, and I hope that PvP never convinces me to give it up like it's about to do for Tailor. True, ID may have one of the worst grinds now, but the rewards are so sweet at the top. Things aren't really broken. People can find us and can be forced to pay us now. We have holoemotes which few people use but are cool. Stat migrations force the powergamers to step off their tower and belittle themselves in front of us. We get to change our looks all we want.
Actually, there is but one thing that I'd like added: Numbers on the sliders. But whatever. I can live. It isn't like 'Half my specials are broken!' or 'I have to be a master and have to search for the best resources ever and pay 100cpu for meat and go out into the dangerous wilds'... etc.

ID is only great if you living in the canvas tent in the cosmopolitian city that has one...
I've been collecting pois and seeing thegalaxie and all her planets and I get asked all over for stats... and when I explain to them go to the tent in theed or corellia they all mope off back to the enviroment because they don't want to endure the big city lag they get becaus emost don't have super computers like me who canav-21 drag race / stuntin coronett and theed with over 20 FPS
As I venture out I'm less and less likely to put up with picky players requesting "Show me all the hair colours" [cancel] "I thought about it and how about no." "but why?" "Ther eis two hundred and fifty-six shades of varying degress of likeness... I'm not going to sift throught them tell me the shade and we coudl go from there." *bolts for the first ship off planet*
I had gone to Rori, to collect some poi's and one city was walled in around the shuttle port and a base next door to it.. so I colelcted the poi, then touring the rebel base, ('m not neutral faction but my guild is imperial) I'm looking aroudn the rebel base collecting some deliver missions to ear faction and I'm banned fromt he city and I'm trapped unless I wannt figgure my way outta the city maze of buildings. (New banir on ahazi) I got luck a sympathetic rebel baught me a ticket and said I could board the banned shuttleport by typing /bo tr which to my suprise worked.
