I figure several of us are getting tired of hearing this over and over, so maybe the subject will grab their attention and we won't get flooded with this question.

This is a tried-and-true macro format. It may need to be adjusted according to what value you are trying to change, but the macro itself works. I tend to use it with freckles because the xp is good and if you DO change someone's freckles, it's not overly noticeable and anyone with image design 4 can change your victimback if you screw it up.

/image;/imagedesignSetValue freckles 0;/pause 5;/ui action toolbarSlot00

Putting this macro in the FIRST hotkey will make the macro loop. The hotkeys are numbered 00-23, so if you need to move the macro to another button, be sure you adjust the final number accordingly. Freckles 0 is the value for no freckles, which is what most people have (since they look rather goofy).

This macro will ALSO work if you use it on yourself - just make sure you don't have anything else targeted.

You do not get the option to change freckles until image design 4 in novice entertainer, so before that a lot of people tend to use hair color. Just make sure you match up the person's current hair color with the correct number. The value for changing hair color is hair_color.
