I saw a twi'lek changeto having human hair and back. How'd she do this? Any ideas?

That's actually a bug with Image Design. It's not intentional, and I believe there are plans to fix it soon.

This twilek probably used the old bug where you could give a person a hairstyle without any racial restrictions to get human hair. This bug can't be abused anymore, but people that got the hairstyle before it was fixed still have the style.


If she was switching between lekku and hair right in front of you, she was probably equipping a headwrap wich defaults to a specific lekku style when worn.
