Eye color. You get 75 points for working on anther person and it only costs about 80-90 mind depending on your focus/willpower.

And what gives the most xp when you reach ID?

It really depends what tree you go up first. Facial features give alot of xp, but they are rather buggy and it is easier to accidentally mess someone's face up with those commands. I suggest going up the body line and doing height changes. You get 150xp for each change. What I did was take a muon gold, do weight changes until I ran out of mind, then I did eye color changes while my mind was going back up. It might not be the fastest, but it's pretty safe. Height is pretty easy to fix, unlike cheeks, chin, jaw, or weight.

And what trees do you suggest to go up first?

I went up hair, body, face, then markings. You don't get many useful things out of markings as most Twi'liks seem to be happy with their patterns and colors and you won't see many Mon Calamaris. I suggest going up hair first, though, unless a holocron told you to master the profession. If you get Hair IV, you will have all the hairstyles in the game available to you.
