Expert Hairstylist also has all the Hair Styles available
. So you don't need to hold out for a Master Image Designer.

I was under the impression that only the Master could do the Carrot Top/Afro Style, as I have not seen many with it.

Ah nope, in fact, that one is under err... Hairstyling 3 I believe in fact instead of Expert Hairstyling.

That hairstyle (Human Female 25) needs to be made available at the very least to Human Males, it's not just a Foxy Brown style!

I've seen a number of males with that style, but it's still supposed to be female only.
