Where can I find a website that displays all the available hairstyles and modifications that are available from Image Designers. Also, does anyone know who/where the image designer is on the Chilastra server?

You can try the thread "roll call" for an ID on chilastra - it's stickied on top - but only looky at the last few pages b/c it was started quite a while ago.
