I was letting a friend practice some image designer on me and somehow I ended up having hair. My friend cant find anyway to get rid of the hair either since I am a mon calimari. Any suggestions on what to do? Help would be much appreciated. Granted the hair looks uhm decent i guess I prefer my oversized cranium lol.

If it helps it said he wanted to modify my "frills"

Thank you for any help you can provide

Mon Cal don't *Have* frills or really anything under the "hair" menu. In other words, the image designer who designed you was using an image design code that is nothing more than an exploit. If you actually were a species with hair, it would be a simple process (I'm assuming) to simply offer you a new hairdo/horns/lekku to replace the old one. As it stands now, I'm not sure how to fix it for a mon-cal. Hopefully someone on these boards will be able to help you, but in the meantime you should put in a CSR ticket.

These exploits are getting out of hand. It's bad when customers demand cross-species changes. It's much worse when innocentcustomers who have no desire to play outside the rules get stuck with these Frankenstein hairdos.

A word to image designers out there - it's really not fair to mess with code when you're leveling. You may do damage to people only trying to help you out by clicking "accept." You should be more careful with their appearances. If you *must* use code, change eye color, not hairdos, as eye color will never create freakish results. Do *not* do anything that you cannot undo!

Yep you aren't the first Mon Cal/Twi'lek to have gotten stuck with hair As n'Jessi said, a CSR ticket is the only avenue open to you. Good luck, I hope it can get resolved. In the meantime I guess you could wear a hat

I wonder if the bald workaround might solve this issue? At any rate, if no one has tried it, it might be worth a shot. *shrug*

I bet the bald bug workaround would probablywork - the only problem is that all the hair offers to trigger the bug must be done through the exploiting code, since mon cal cannot be offered "hair." So if your image designing friend knew what he or she was doing (and I suspect he or she did not) he or she may be able to fix your problem. I would go the CSR route instead of fixing an exploit by using a workaround which would necessarily involve using the exploit.

I /may/ have found an answer...

If you use the exploit, but choose a number not assigned to a hairstyle, it reverts to bald. Try putting in the number 250 (or higher) and see what happens.

I don't advocate the use of crosspecies hairstyles, but I do hope this helps you out. I know how unhelpful CSRs can be sometimes.

I really hope this bug gets fixed. *sighs* Drive-by frillings... Trandos with Afros...
