Maybe I'm ungenerous, but today I was asked to be a "victim" for a guy trying to master ID to respec it to TKA. I can't complain too badly because 1) I wanted respec for all profs and 2) ID grinding the timer way was horrid, and I'm very glad that it's gone. I would be more than happy to help out an aspiring ID, but I'll be danged if I'm going to waste a second of my game-time helping someone make a mockery out of the profession by using it as a quick means to an end, the lazy bum.

Are they starting to bother you too? I, for one, am counting the minutes until the respec period is over.

Actually I encourage them all to grind ID to respec to something else,
in hopes they are morons {no doubt there} and get stuck with ID in their template because they didn't read the warning last respec message.

For myself I do not think any should ask for a dummy though, I mean atm you can make 330xp in 5 secs with self ID...

definatley do not need help there, 3hrs your master.

This extreme abuse of the respecing-mechanism is something I don't like a bit either. But it seems to be the lesser of evils from the point of view of the devs. All this respecing from easy professions to more difficulty ones will end sooner or later and thus the "problem" will solve itself.

I grinded ID during respec/double xp, but I didnt do it to respec toother professions, I grinded it because i absolutely wanted it. I got tired of looking for a way to change my alts hair,and mostly i grinded just for that, but once i learned what ID isreally about i'm absolutely satisfied with the profession. I love being able to change Teza's hair and eyes and lips whenever i want, and tohelp other players.

as for the asking someone to ID me, that is a flat out NO. Especially if you dont know them, they'll mess with something on your body shape, configuation and might not be able to get it back to the way you had it before. My alt Teza, to me she is perfectly set up, i'll be darned if someone messes with her in any shape or form. I'll ID myself TY

Well, did you all see the warning that was on the startup screen about "look, guys, if you forgot when your respec period ended, tough, you had extensions and warning, and now you're stuck." I'm sure that there is some 1337d00d out there who got stuck with ID. That makes me giggle.
