Is there a command I can use to be able to change my hairstyle while performing? I want to be able to do something like this:

/smokebomb;
/ui action toolbarSlot12; (Changes to the dress in slot 12)
/dazzle;
/change my hairstyle;
/pause 180;

etc...

Also... where can I find the MID palettes and which races can be made into which colour...

No you must be in the ID window to do changes and accept them

the commands lines left with the addition of the current window setup

You also cannot begin ID while skill animateing as far as I know so would not be able to change while dancing.
