Thread: On stickies and trolls
Quick note to let you all know that correspondents have been asked to not go overboard on stickying, so I will prob be compiling some of our stickies together soon. Possibly putting the two or three FAQ we have in the works into one post, and ID website links in another. If anyone has any ideas for something they'd like to see please do let me know
I have a known bugs/wish list items one in the works.
The other note really has little to do with being a correspondent, but more with our community. We've been getting a lot ofpeople coming through recently making funof the profession or of those with differingopinions from themselves. I know it's tempting to let them have it but I suggest we justone star such posts and let them drop out of sight. And certainly if you feel they break any of the forum rules please report them to a moderator. To report a post, click on "options" to the right of the post and select "report abuse to a moderator". Here's an excerpt fromSOE's forum rules:
Please do not post anything harassing, threatening, abusive, lewd, or inflammatory. Flaming people, products, or organizations is never acceptable. Neither is trolling. Instead, be friendly, helpful, and supportive.

So I have to stop providing English Translations for the rest of us? /cry
I like dangling food in front of the trolls so they stand on their flippers and bark.
Don't feed the trolls!
