you can

what you do is offer them any hair cut, they X it out(not refuse)

then you offer them another cut, they accept

and then they delete the hait item in thier inventory

Yeah, the bald thing is a pain in el butto. Seems more like a bug, perhaps even to the point of being called an exploit, for all thestuff you have to go through to make someone bald,than a real option, which should be offered.

More of an overly complicated workaround.

It would be an exploit if it were offered to a species that shouldn't be able to be bald…but for those that should, it's just fine.
