You should post more often Antha
I always enjoy readingyour posts. I have to admit I was a little discouraged when I wrote up my "what has been fixed so far" list and there was so little in there. Really I think the UI improvements carried me for a long time hehe. It's good so many in our profession continue to be positive and optimistic. With each and every profession being examined one at a time in the coming months, and my annoying nagging nature, hopefully we will see some good come our way
Please post more!!! Even if what you have to say is the same as someone else, others are encouraged in knowing you feel the same way, or enlightened in how other people see something

As a Master Image Designer since July on Bria, I have experienced continual ups and downs with my profession. A large portion of the problems or complaints I have (like so many of you) with Image Design relate largely to lack of content within the Profession itself. The rest of my dissatisfaction stems from the occasional player that can make my job un-enjoyable, but this is to be expected with any profession.
We all get harassed, ‘griefed’ and disrespected at some point in the game.
It is unfortunate that some have posted lately about Strange Ids and stuck-up Ids in their game past. To most up and coming IDs I give the advice "turn off your title if you do not wish to be bothered". I wish more people would do this. It would spare them from having to be rude or incommunicative.
I would like to thank those of you that have posted your thoughts and ideas regarding this profession since the game went Live last summer. I do not post here very often because so many of you have saved me from feeling the need to post on hundreds of occasions because they have captured my own brainstorms, elations and frustrations for this Profession.
I hope Image Design gets some of the well deserved additions everyone has dreamed up and posted about over the next few months! Keep up the Great job Kwee, n’Jessi, Syzygy and so many of you others that work so hard to support this little section of the Galaxies forums.

*nods* Yup…I think we've all had our ups and downs. Thankfully, for me the ups have been more than the downs, so I intend to keep going the way I have been for a good long time to come. So my work on command-line arguments will continue!
I've got Human female and Bothan female toon test subjects lined up, and I'm hoping to convince a Mon Calamari friend that she wants to suffer through me trying all sorts of crazy command-lines on her…then I just need to find a Rodian, a Wookiee, and a Trandoshan and it's on to the men.
After that, who knows. Maybe I'll add the valid ranges for each argument.
As for strange/rude image designers, I fear it's not just us that suffer from this problem. I've had the same problem with tailors, armorsmiths, and just about any other service-oriented profession. The long and short of it is, some people interact better than others. And sometimes people just have bad days. In the end, I'd like to think there are more friendly, helpful, knowledgeable professionals out there than there are folks who just wear a master title but can't back it up with their actions.
On your posting, or lack thereof—every voice counts, even if it is only raised to say "I agree with that." You never know what offhanded comment you make might spawn the next great idea for ID—so please, share your thoughts more often. I for one would love to hear them.

Uhm. Ick. The forums ate my formatting. Pretend there are three paragraphs in there, not one ugly blob of text.
