Thread: How do i get rid of Outstanding image design offer

I have this bug I believe that is not allowing me to image design on myself and others, it is stating outstanding design has already been offer, How do I get rid of this, someone please help

This has happen to me and I was told by CSR to log out for 2 hours and that should do it, if not the server reset should.


They know about this issue and are sorry for the troubles but this was the only way to handle this bug at this time.


I did as the CSR said and after a few hours I could use my /image again.

Generally it only takes 15-30 minutes of being logged out. If you have a friend who can contact you out-of-game, group with him or her and log off. Once your toon leaves the group, have your friend contact you. It's now safe to log back in and the bug should be gone.
