To all Image Designers, I am collecting info on what type of Prestige Class you would like to see after Master Image Designeer. For example...

After achieving Master Ranger you have now opened the paths to:

  1. The Outdoorsman (Big Game Hunter)

  2. Antarian Ranger (possesses minor force resistances and abilities)

  3. Combat Ranger (master of guerilla warfare)

Those were just examples of ideas I had for the Ranger profession. Now that you hopefully see where I am going with this idea, I would love to see where you would like theImage Designerto go after achieving the title of Master Image Designer. Any and all input is welcome, but please try to keep it constructive.

Since I've attained MIDmy goal has been one thing: having fun!

I don't focus on the skills, I focus on the experience. I'd be having fun even if it were just a text screen and a keyboard though.

Now more on topic: I don't really see any "elite elite" class for image designers. There are currently very few changes we can do that everyone doesn't get to do at least once. Maybe in the distant future but certainly not now.

Icouldnt think of anything further, any new ID abilities should be in the ID skill tree's anyway, i couldnt think of a more elite version of ID having enough things to do. However the smuggler/ID disguise thing that some have been mentioning could fit somewhat in that catagory

just a couple Idea's that would go with ID...

1. Color Specialist? Why not be able to mix/match/create our own colors? Perhaps even craft and sell dyes?

2. Make the Tatoo Artist title mean something? Tatoos should be available to everyone, and available for placement on more than just the face. This would be an extrememly easy thing to code and its pure neglect that we cant already do this.

3. Why not allow ID's and Tailors to work in tandom on some things? Designs on clothes? Monograms? Guild Emblems? Vehicle License Plates! ok that last one was a joke

I could think of many more but those are just a few and my breakfast is ready Bacon and Eggs mm mmmm mmmmm!

Maybe focuses on hair, body, face, etc.

But what I really have to say is, A: Antarian Rangers died with the Council I thought. And also, most Antarian rangers are not force sensitive, and those that are would have to have self trained their force powers - by which I mean force abilities and resistances are irrelavent to being an Antarian Ranger, so being a member of the class is irrelavent.

Regarding the Antarian Rangers:

The old core group of Antarian Rangers were killed and scattered to the winds, but the idea of the Antarian Rangers is what keeps them alive. Antarian Rangers were specified as having a connection to the force, but not enough of one to be a Jedi. So, you don't have to have force abilities to be a Ranger. It is more an ideal than anything. You support the true Jedi. Yes, force abilities and resistances are irrelevant to being an Antarian Ranger, but if you check the roleplaying guide, it clearly states that as you progress as an Antarian Ranger, you gain connections to the force and to the Jedi order. The Antarian Rangers were comprised of a lot of rejected force sensitive people, so to propose that an Antarian Ranger gets minor force abilities and resistances is not out of line.

As for the next level above Image Designer....

I am truly at a loss. As much as I wanted to try and come up with an elite-elite for ID's, I simply came up blank every time. I am glad you all replied to this though and offered your comments on the idea.
