What happened to the new body colors and hair changes promised with this publish? Sparkles etc?

They will be in mini-publish 8.1 (it looks like there will be two for patch 8!). I can't wait to try them out! I am really hoping that the tents are for something really nice like being able to make several changes at the same time. I am kind of hoping that they are not for buffs since I have several friends who like to be constantly buffed to the hilt and will want new buffs every few hours.

Buffs? what the heck would a ID buff?

One of the ideas that has been discussed was battle fatigue since it is the only thing that can't be buffed yet and we are entertainers. I don't think it is likely that they will do this, though.

From what I understand that is coming in a mini publish between 8 and 9.
