Well, I sort of found the answer. I read we will be getting new colors but it didnt say anything about new hairstyles.
So is it just new colors and stat migration?

New UI, colors, changing Stats, the holomotes, a few bug fixes, etc. The patch is set to go Live on the 11'th of this month but god forbid it does. We need a little more than that to test it.

The threads are so long and I havent been keeping up with them, Id just like some answers 
1. Is the only thing being changed in the mini publish stat migration and these 2 second holo image things?
Found the answer
2. Has there been a date set for the mini publish
3. I read somewhere the mind use on the new changes is going to be more, is this true?
I know I had more questions but my brain is fried from reading so much on the forums tody trying to find the answers to these
