Let's see if I can describe this. On live servers, the window that comes after the Hair/Face/Markings/Body window was always permaplaced in the center of the screen. You could drag it to other areas of the screen like all the other boxes, but it would always revert back to the middle the next time you ID'd. This was annoying for lining up boxes when powerskilling, or when trying to take care of ID business on the edge of your screen while doing something else in the middle. Anyway now when you move that second window on Test Center, it actually STAYS there for the rest of your logged in time. Yay! This was such a pet peeve of mine.
