Image Designer Archive
Thread: Question about image designer needs.
I do play on Flurry (Master Dancer, Novice doctor, etc.) and Tempest, and I probably shouldn't galaxy hop.. but I 've started a twi'lek novice marksman on Shadowfire. I've taken up music and then artisan and then scout and then medic. LOL But that's just for now. I actually got doing some ID last night and I liked it. Now I have a gal on Bloodfin that has up to ID 4 almost but don't play there at all much..
I guess my question is, is there a need for Image designers on most servers or this server, meaning Shadowfire? I just wondered from any IDers and non-iders even that read this, what your take is on that. I know it's a slow climb to ID but I don't mind.
Also on Bloodfin, for what I did train, found a friend to help me grind it there, I had to pay for my training as I know it's hard to find an IDer, even at low levels, for training.
Anyway, I hope this post isn't out of place or anything. Thank you.
If it is, flame me kindly. ![]()
No matter how important people think we are, they always want a new look. As such, ID's are always needed.
Oddly enough, there was almost always a master in the cantina while I was grinding, but by the time I was ready for training, they were gone. Consequently, I had to pay for most of my training, but that's just how things happen sometimes. ![]()
Thank you for all the info, and I'll remember that for sure. I was just curious what the needs out there for IDers were. I am debating whether to do the image designer on Bloodfine now, who has almost finished image design 4 in thebasic line,(and I wanted to do some merchant skills as well there, though I don't know what I will sell to get there. ) Or doing it with my musician on Shadowfire.
I don't play on either of these servers, but I would guess that there is probably more need on Shadowfire as it is a newer server. Bloodfin wasa beta server and probably has a greater proportion of experienced players on it, also it's an unofficial PVP server so that is another thing to consider. Which of your two characters would you have the most fun ID'ing? If they are the same species I guess that wouldn't matter
Good luck with your decision. And stock up on the willpower and focus food/drink, it's a long haul but very rewarding in the end ![]()
