These are the ones I have found as a Ti'lek, some comments would be appreciated:

Twi'lek markings: /image;/imagedesignsetvalue lekku_style (then type in the number like 1,2,etc...)

and I am sure you can use hair_style to change hair styles,not sure yet have not tried that yet.

Colors:

Eyes:/image;/imagedesignsetvalue eye_color (then whatever number like 1,2,etc...)

Hair: /imageldesignsetvalue eye_color (then whatever number like 1,2,etc..) This one is already in the macro button..

I will find more later and post more...
