Image Designer Archive

That's the message I got today while trying to raise skill using my hubbies account. Is there anyway to cancel out of an image design? I tried everything I could think of to type but without the menu to refuse or accept I couldn't get it to work. I know we were halfway through an eye color change when I LDed and I figure that's what is causing it to screw up but I don't know how to fix it . Thanks!!

If your talking abotu removing a skill, click on one of the last skills you got, hit surrender which is at the bottom left of your skill tree in the little box, and it will remove that skill and you will get your points back.. Just remmeber to remove the top ones first, you can't remove like randomly like bottom,etc..

Actually it's not about removing the skill (I definitely don't want that I like the image designing hehe) I was using the skill on a character (changing his eye color) when I LD'ed and when I got back on I couldn't do anything in image design to him. I could change other people's things just not his. When I tried it said he already had the offer to change his eye color (image design offer), yet he had no menu to accept or refuse it.

I've had this problem in the past....the only way I found to get rid of it was to log out for awhile 30 mins+ sometimes this worked...sometimes it didn't. It always fixed itself after the daily server downtime.

That's what I ended up doing. Nothing else seemed to work. Oh well hopefully it will be something that they address eventually hehe

Reported bug, it's related to an Image Designer going LinkDead while in the design phase (But before pushing the change to the client), hence no natural time out.

An easy, if cheap, fix to it would be to add a simple 5 to 15 minute timer to that lock out.

Happened to me last night while having three guys lined up for id'ing blech. Only thing to do is wait, you don't even have to log out. It could take 30 minutes, two hours, or until after the server resets until you can do it again. I've heard of some people ahving success some of the time with /imagedesignCanceled (type // to see all the commands and correct case and spelling) but it didnt' work for me last night.
