What lvl in body do I have to be to change bodycolors especially to black too?

for several character species there is no black for skin color. zabraks are variations of tans and browns, etc. twi'leks no black color, humans normal human colors only, trendoshans have a color that is very close to black. the other species i really cant say as i rarely get requests from mon cal's or rodians for skin color changes. i hope ive helped at least a lil.

Neither Rodians or Mon Cals havea black color. I have a rodian on another server and I did a skin change on my Mon Cal friend earlier today. Mon Cals have a nice dark blue, but that's about it.
The only species with a black color are Bothans and that's a fur color change, not a skin color change.
Can't forget the Wookiees.
