I just wanted to help you all out..grinders or not. If you get a person to help you then you can have them do this macro.
/accept;
/ui action toolbarSlotXX;
This will loop the accept command for them OVER and OVER and when you run your ID macro you can get about 1500 xp in 30 seconds..its very helpful and your mind will fly down but you'll master 2x as fast.

THERE IS NO WAY TO AUTO-ACCEPT ID OFFERS!!!
Ergo...../accept doesn't work, i thought about this several times too...
