Thread: What rows of ID alter eye brow shape and lekku color?

Hi I just created a female twi'lek and I'm trying to go up the ID tree in entertainer and I was wondering at what point can you alter eye brow shape and the color of the patterns on lekku?

Marking color is markings 3 - marking shape is hair 4. Not sure about eyebrowsbecause they were recently patched but they are categorized under "hair" so somewhere in the hair column, possibly before novice ID.
