We don't have numbers anymore. 
If you pickup novice netertainer and ID yourself then you can take screenshots of all your values - they will be greyed out, but still visable. You can use these as a reference when creating a new character. No matter what there will be some guesswork involved since you have to approximate where the slider is at (no exact numbers).
