Thats Right, in Ep. 3 our fishy girls will have breasts. New body adjustments will need to follow in SWG.

I have seen this Concept art several times now... As for now Lucas Arts has stated, that Mon Cals and the females of other races like Trandoshan's, Wookiee and Ithorian's will not have breast. Since the pic you brought up is just that: a concept art, that does not mean this has changed... This art is the vision of an Artist/Designer and the fact that it is published only means that the folks from Lucas Film know the effect of a good eyecatcher, too.
We will see (I think in May 2005) what George Lucas had to say about that and maybe things will change after that... but until then: Sorry, no breats for Mon Cals

Cool pics, she looks great.
With the amount of work involved to change mon cal females, I wouldn't hold my breath (excuse the pun). They could probably add another race for little more effort than it would take to add breasts.

Biologically, Trandoshans and Mon Cals probably should not have breasts but...Hey... its Star Wars.
