at what box is an IDer able to change the color of the twi lek markings?

If I remember correctly that is either advanced hair styling or advanced markings.

Yup it's Markings III the pattern can be changed at Hair IV

Ah thanks! I've been trying to confirm that for my guide, I figured I had markings color in the wrong spot.
