Thread: Getting a complete undo

I'm thinking of doing a dramatic change for RP purposes, but I don't want anything to be different when I change back. Is there an Undo changes option available for IDs, or are there numerical values they can find for me on what I currently look like? I know that you can do chages via the command line, so I would think the latter is true.

Unfortunately, there are no numerical values, and no way to store a prior appearance. Your best bet is to take a LOT of screenies of your char, and have the same ID do you both times. Even though there are no numerical values, he/she can write down your stats like "5 clicks nose width" and get you looking the same, if not the exact same value strictly.

This has not been true for MONTHS. They took it out with the ID Mini-Publish back in May.

We used to have numbers on the sliders that you could record for reference, which was extremely helpful & was a result of our first ever mini-publish where the devs actually worked with us to help improve the profession in ways that the ID community found useful. But with that last disaster of a revamp, those numbers went away & have never been seen since. We need them back...

/agree .. If I have a very elaborate makeover, I make notes of where the sliders were (approx) before i begin. The worst is if someone gets a few changes, then after accepting, ask for a few more, then say...Oh and put <whatever> back like I originally had it...eek! Err, what color were your eyes before the first 3 changes? Yike!
