Can anyone give me all the ID slash commands? all I know of is /im to start the ID session...
Are the /imagedesignSetValue commands disabled? Atleast I can't get them too work...

There aren't any besides /im now. With mini-publish 8.1 the others were disabled and no longer work.

Ditto what Electro said. However, someone posted this awhile back that might help you.

I'm fully prepared to admit to being a holo grinder on my silents (gosh, that sounded like the start of an AA meeting), but even so I always enjoy each prof I come to. Yes, dancer was hard but I got to meet a lot of nice folks in the cantina. But I have never seen such an unattractive proposition as Image Designer, or even Master Entertainer right now. Considering that Master tailor is easily possible, on your own with no 3rd party tools, in 8 hours, the image design system is fatally flawed.
I understand that the old way was too easy; I never tried it myself but I know many who ground their way through it far too fast to make it enjoyable for it's own sake. But for people like me, who don't have a second account or guildmates willing to sit with me, I forsee getting to master entertainer being the most dull time imaginable. "Click, wait 2 minutes, click, wait 2 minutes" is not an attractive profession to most people. I'm not here to run down the profession, but I can't see where SOE were going with this one. It's made a lot of people mad by the look of the forums. I am aware that the entertainer professions are meant to be harder than the rest, but if you are going to force someone into spending 80 hours of their game on the equivalent of watching paint dry, the this could become a dead profession

I believe they took those commands out and the ID still has to fiddle with settings in an ATK-type way to work their way up.

Yes, please see the new FAQ, it explains how you can use limited macros to speed the process, but that you must be atk.

Geez! this cold really seems to knock me down... I really thought for a moment this post would be about the pros and cons of an ID/Commando-template

well all you have is /im which actually starts the image design session and /ui action defaultButton which commits it. that is the only commands left for ID.
