Thread: A New Players First Look At ID.

Hi everyone..
I've been around for a couple of days and I'm working my way up the ID branch of the entertainer profession.. After speaking to many people ingame and visiting many cities, I have come to find out thatthis professionis the silent money maker. I cant tell you how many times I've heard someone asking for a master ID.. I have also learned that many professions can be mastered in just a couple of days, thankfully thats not the case with ID. My plan is to become a master ID and master tailor. I'm sure I have lots to learn in the coming weeks..

I think that is an excellent combo. As an ID I constantly get asked if I know any tailors - and usually they are looking for someone who is online at that moment. I think you will have a great time!

Great choice of professions if you ask me 
And yes: you can make quite a lot of money as ID, especially combined with tailor for the complete workover

That particular combo is two of the things that prevent me from considering playing many of the recent new releases over SWG. I find my ID has all the money she needs to gather the armor and clothes necessary to keep experimenting with new looks. Having tailor allows you to do the complete makeover.

Great combo Evil. We need more ID's. My advise is to play the prefessions and not grind them. You will enjoy the game that way. To many people, grinding feels like work, and thats not the point of the game. Good luck to you.. Your post gets 5 stars from me

Here's a possible template for you:
Master ID
Master Tailor
Artisan 0/4/4/4 - Survey line lets you find tailor resources, plus you can sell resources for extra cash.
Merchant 4/0/1/1 - 4 vendors (1 each for Wookiee, Ithorian and other clothes, plus resources), planetary listing for vendors and ad barking droid, different types of vendors (player races)
8 extra points to spend on whatever....
