There is a list stickied at the top - one suggestion that worked for me in the past is to send out emails to the people on the list and see if you can set up an appointment. Also, some tips you may or may not already know: Coronet, Theed and Bestine salons are usually the most busy. If you have never been to one you can find them by doing a /find and selecting salon from the list. Also ask some of the dancers or musicians at the cantina (Theed is pretty live) chances are someone can refer you to one and you can send them an email. Some IDs who dont do stat migrations avoid the salons but are usually known around the entertainment circles.
