Thread: Question about the mini publish :)

Just wondering if they are moving around any skills in the mini publish, such as skin color. I was looking over Kwee's wonderful ID guide over at WarCry and noticed the Color palettes section. It says the following
Color palettes
Novice Ent: old palettes
Novice ID: all palettes have 16x6 colors
Any Tier 1 box (e.g. Body 1 or Markings 1): all palettes have 16x8 colors
Any Tier 2 box: all palettes have 16x10 colors
Any Tier 3 box: all palettes have 16x12 colors
Any Tier 4 box: all palettes have 16x14 colors
Master ID: all palettes have 16x16 colors (256 of them!)
Note: Each tier brighter and brighter colors are added
So does this mean us dabblers will be able to change skin colors (I'm only a dabbler cause my first love is Smuggler, Second Pistoleer, and third is ID, if only there was enough skill points to go around
)

What this means is that those palettes you have access to will be expanded—you will not be granted access to new palettes you did not previously qualify for.
