As you likely already know the ID terminals was orginaly meant for Holo-emotes and used one per customer/IDer. But things have changed and now the whole tent is the function area and the Terminals server no real purpose.
So suggest removing the terminals and replacing them with a Stat Migration Room.
Stat Migration Room
Add a wall down the center, that has controls on one side and a force field doorway. (With particle effects they could makeit lookvery cool and Star Warsy) in the room have some chairs and a small machine in the center with particle effects coming out of it.
The Pain
Stat Migration is a very painful thing to do, so the IDer will need to give you somedrugs that are hallucingenic. This will lead to you seeing strange things (random Holo-Emotes) on you and others in the room.

The Holo-Emote you now see IDerssellingare based on hallucingenic visions that has been seen in Stat Migration Rooms.
