Is it just me or am I getting the same old UI and options, I guess things didnt happen on my Euro server anyway.

you probably have to wait until the devs activate the patch before the changes will take place. it's not even midnight yet here on the west coast, so give them half a day or so? it'll probably be activated later today

The Euro server down time was about 4 hours ago so it *should* be in now, or do we get things a day later than the US servers?

The downtime 4 hours ago was just the daily server maintennance.
we'll get the patch at about lunchtime, all the servers will come down at the same time

It's worse for me, i'm at work now and don't get home until 3pm.

Euro servers are updated when other servers are too - which is their standard down time of 7 am EST (-5 GMT). So 45 minutes from now all servers will go down and be updated.
