I'm assuming you aren't posting this in the, oh... thirty seconds before a normal image design offer times out and that you're striken with that bug that tells you have and offer outstanding when you, in fact, don't.

Remain logged off for an extended period of time (i.e. half hour, or more) or wait for a server reset. Since there's a server reset coming in about 20 minutes, I imagine that will happen first.
