No such thing. Seems like there are only mission terminals for the basic professions + bounty hunters since that's their only way of getting 'bounties' at the moment. Quite honestly, most profession specific missions are not worth it anyway. Entertainer missions pay 150 credits, for instance, which is very much a joke considering you can run a 1k delivery mission in less time. Scout missions pay well but ask you to kill a ridiculous amount (45) of pretty dang rare creatures (for instance, a veermok scout - and only a *scout* will work, regular ones will not. Or carnivorous nunas - how many have you seen of those in your game life?). Artisan missions are so so, ask you to assemble an item and deliver it somewhere else. Still don't pay as well as pure delivery missions. Pretty messed up if you ask me. So before they could even think about terminals for advanced professions, they'd have to sort out the basic ones. Plus, if they were to give us ID missions, they'd have to add missions for all other advanced professions too. And since there are so many, I strongly doubt that'll happen.

Is there an ID mission terminal? If so, where?
I've seen Dancer/Musician missions, but no ID mission.

Actually, one of the things that you might want to do is to shop around when taking missions. There are some that pay much better than others, and delivery missions are not the top of the heap. I know of one place where you can do artisan crafting missions in both directions, both outbound and inbound. If you take two missions per leg of the trip, you can make 2500 cr in each direction, about 5000 round trip. This can take between 10-20 minutes to do, depending on the time that you need to wait for the shuttle. This is not chicken feed.
Just don't be so quick to write off missions. :-)
