Posted this in another thread, but didn't get a response yet...

MyWookiee friend came to me for help. He said that someone offered to image design him, and he refused, but he ended up with the dreaded frills!

I have 3-2-2-1 in the Image Design skill tree, and he was wondering if I could make the frills go away. I tried everything that I could think of, and he's still stuck with them.

Can anyone offer advice on clearing this up?

You could try using the bald workaround and the frills commandto get rid of them...

Type: /im; /imagedesignsetvalue frills 03

Tell him to close the accept window. Don't refuse it. Close it.

Then type again: /im; /imagedesignsetvalue frills 03

This time tell him to accept it.

If it works, he will get a "frills" item in his inventory. When he deletes it, he should lose the frills.

Well, the "bald workaround" didn't work...he still has frills.

I guess we'll need to contact a CSR (if we can!)

Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Well, guess he could try to mess with any image design options that might affect the area, such as head size, fur pattern, fur color, and possibly facial options depending on the location of the frills.
