I'm here to see if the rest of you agree:

I find the number of locations totally insufficient and poorly chosen, making rebels go to theed for ID is just asking for it.

The need to be at a salon in order to even trigger stat migration is just wrong.

The inability to trigger your own stat migration should be made available at master ID (all levels of profession ID can trigger.)

Most ID I have talked to today do not like how tiny the color squares are, also we have no way of knowing the numbers of the player's original colors/shape/size/selection (very frustrating.)

The increase in selection of colors for lips on female characters succeeded in adding only one additional "normal" lipstick color. Do we really need all those absurd colors or can we have a few more real lipstick colors in there, please?

A droid module or stations at more locations, such as Dantooine mining outpost, science outpost on Dathomir, etc., seem to be very necessary.

No note in the release info indicated that Image Designer work was mandatory for stat migration to work, many people I met today did not know this and were surprised.

I do have some concerns about the time delay on the customization actions and have also seen some outlandish prices being quoted for the /holoemotes (30k for 20 shots of kitty? you're joking!) but for the most part players were more than happy to pay well for the new toys.

Some of the flesh tones on humans as well aszebrak are absurd at best... who wants a sickly ashen green body if you're not rhodian? (my opinion, but a few colors are just "Eeeew!")

On the positive side:

The smooth increase in the pallet size and the final overal breadth of color choices for each race type are very welcome and for the most part well thought out.

The ammount of effort put into the reliability of the interface and the ease of visibility to the ID is wonderful and sets a new standard as far as I forsee for the future of the game.

The ability to fix a minimum payment in the interface places the choice of being paid or not directly into the hands of the ID as well as giving a visual reminder to the player that this service should be paid for in some manner.

The number of complimentary color combinations (near pallet matching) produces very pleasant results and allows for a greater visual interaction with clothing (and environment!).

The ability to do a face, or entire makeover, as a whole is VERY helpful when working on players avatars and allows the quick display to the players of how the features interact.

A few thoughts:

It would be nice to have a mild increase in the number of available hair styles, as well as an increase in the zebrak tatoos to possibly include full head tatooing. (crossing fingers towards space)

A reduction in the time delay acrued on additional imaging acts may make the whole process more streamlined.

A "before and after" toggle button that will only temporarily revert the customer's appearance back, so that comparason can be made would begreatly appreciated.

Removing the interface cancel/reset that occurs when clothing is equipped/unequipped would be appreciated, so that the customer may compare looks in more than one outfit without finalizing the result. (said with understanding of the complexity )

Does anyone else have something to add to this?

Was it me or can we not change Zabrak hair colour when we add hair to a hairless style?

for example, a horned Zabrak came to me, wanted some hair, then wanted it red - the hair colours were greyed out, do i need to apply the hair, then atart again to add the colour?

didn;t have time to try it last night

Excellent post Quick note about lip color for females. There are actually a lot of natural colors in there, but they are the ones that look white under all the other colors. Those are all lighter versions of what is immediately above, but being so tiny they just all look white.

Really good post! I agree with you

Before we had numbers for the palettes and it was for me who tend to keep things in mind for a very short while a relief. Now I have to make a note (third from the left, two steps down) of what original skincolour they had along with lip, eye and such. If the customer wants more than one change and it somewhere go wrong I can't really know how they looked from the start. They however have perfect control of this since they have a "before" and "after" window and they can't understand why I don't know what they mean by saying "a little browner than I first had" after me going trough 20 different skincolours...

The palettes are very tiny to, it's hard to target and actually see what kind of colour it is, I guess I'll learn after a while though but if there is some way to make them bigger it would be very appriciated.

Zebrak hair color, you have to be in a tent but it does work then.

I found a workaround for the sliders for bodyform, you know those little rubbery coatings they put on watches/calculators and just about any other LCD display? I cut one up and stick it on the screen to indicate original position.

The colors are a little easier... I just mark down in hex by row and column (3E would be third row second to last color)

I agree there aren't enough ID tents in the the galaxy. If they put one in every city (not outposts) with a Starport there wouldn't be one EVERYWHERE, but in enough places where people of all political persuaions could go. Places like Restuss, Doaba Guerfel and Moenia would all be options.

I like most all of the changes. I do wish the color boxes were bigger and nunbered. More hairstyles would be great. I had several people tell me this. I would personally like to see more long hair styles for humans, like vixen only longer. Maybe some waist length hair? The same interface the client has, we should have (the before and after picture) I do love the variety of hair colors. I have been looking forward to a change like that for a long time. The timer sux. It is too long. The stat migration sux that you have to travel to a tent to do this. I don't mind that an ID has to do it. I haven't done one on anyone yet. So basically, I agree with the other posts
